If you’re a brand partner and placing your initial order, you have up to 30 days from the date the product was shipped to return it for a 100% refund of the purchase price and tax. To qualify for a refund, the products must be in marketable condition, meaning unopened and suitable for resale. All but opened products may be returned, and as with all returns, the buyer covers the shipping costs for sending the items back.

If it has been between 31 and 365 days since the product was shipped, you can still return it and receive up to a 90% refund, provided the product is in marketable condition.

If returned in the first 30 days after shipping:

  • Refund Amount: 100% of purchase price and tax
  • Return Conditions: Product must be marketable
  • Shipping Costs: Buyer pays for return shipping

If returned 31 to 365 days after shipping.

  • Refund Amount: Up to 90% of purchase price and tax
  • Return Conditions: Product must be marketable
  • Shipping Costs: Buyer pays for return shipping

For Subsequent Orders

For subsequent orders, the return policy is similar to the initial order policy. You have up to 30 days to return the product for a 100% refund, as long as the items are in marketable condition. If you need to return the product between 31 and 365 days, you can still receive up to a 90% refund, provided the product is in marketable condition.

For Product and Sales Tools After Resigning

If you decide to resign as a LifeWave brand partner, you can return product and sales tools purchased within the past year. LifeWave allows you to return these items up to 365 days after the product was shipped, as long as they are in marketable condition. You will receive a 90% refund of the purchase price and tax, but unlike other returns, only unopened and marketable products can be returned in this case. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
